2015年獲中國科學院大學(武漢巖土力學研究所)巖土工程專業(yè)博士學位,同年留所工作。作為主要負責人建設江蘇中宜生態(tài)土研究院(2014-2021)和武漢中科固廢資源產(chǎn)業(yè)技術研究院(2018-今)產(chǎn)業(yè)化平臺。主要從事污泥淤泥改性固化處置及資源化利用方面研究。發(fā)表學術論文20余篇,其中,SCI收錄10余篇;主編國家行業(yè)標準1部,參編5部;獲省部級科技獎4項,獲中國專利優(yōu)秀獎1項,獲環(huán)保部首屆“國際智匯平臺百強環(huán)保技術”1項;授權發(fā)明專利20余項,獲軟件著作權4項,獲省級施工工法6項。主持/參與國家及省部級項目及工程項目多項。建設江蘇中宜生態(tài)土研究院期間,榮獲2015 年度宜興市“先進科技工作者”,2016-2018年度宜興市第七屆“青年科技英才”,2017-2019 年度宜興市學術技術帶頭人,2020年宜興市“百佳科技之星”,2020年無錫市“百名科技之星”。
